Crusty pie

 
This recepie makes 1 large pie.
 
Coarse bread
Ingredients
300 g Butter
200 ml Granulated sugar
2-300 ml Fine flour mix
One of the following, enough to fill a pie form
 - Thinly sliced apples
 - Bits of rhubarb
 - Strawberries in halves
 - Blueberries
 - Raspberries
 - Mix of Rhubarb and Strawberry
 
Instructions
Preheat oven to 200 degrees C
Melt butter on medium low heat
Mix in oats and sugar
Mix in enough flour to absorb almost all butter
Spread fruit or berries in pie form
When using berries sprinkle corn starch to absorb some of the liquids
Spread pie batter over filling
Bake in the middle of oven for about 30 minutes until pie starts getting light brown
Serve with vanilla ice cream or custard sauce
