Ingredients |
300 g Butter |
200 ml Granulated sugar |
2-300 ml Fine flour mix |
One of the following, enough to fill a pie form |
- Thinly sliced apples |
- Bits of rhubarb |
- Strawberries in halves |
- Blueberries |
- Raspberries |
- Mix of Rhubarb and Strawberry |
Instructions |
Preheat oven to 200 degrees C |
Melt butter on medium low heat |
Mix in oats and sugar |
Mix in enough flour to absorb almost all butter |
Spread fruit or berries in pie form |
When using berries sprinkle corn starch to absorb some of the liquids |
Spread pie batter over filling |
Bake in the middle of oven for about 30 minutes until pie starts getting light brown |
Serve with vanilla ice cream or custard sauce |
