Ingredients |
2 dl Buckwheat flour |
4 dl Corn flour |
2 tbsp Baking powder |
1 tbsp Salt |
8 dl Fine flour mix |
2 Eggs |
3.5 dl Water |
Instructions |
Mix buckwheat, corn, salt and baking powder well |
Mix in fine flour |
Mix 6 dl pancake mix with eggs and water |
Mix well and led sit for 3-5 minutes |
If needed add mix or water to form thick batter |
Pour ½ dl of batter for each pancake. |
3-4 pancakes in a regular size frying pan |
Turn over when almost dry and starting to bubble on top |
Serve with butter and Canadian Maple Syrup |
