Breakfast pancakes

 
This recepie makes 12 to 14 pancakes.
 
Pancakes
Ingredients
2 dl Buckwheat flour
4 dl Corn flour
2 tbsp Baking powder
1 tbsp Salt
8 dl Fine flour mix
2 Eggs
3.5 dl Water
 
Instructions
Mix buckwheat, corn, salt and baking powder well
Mix in fine flour
Mix 6 dl pancake mix with eggs and water
Mix well and led sit for 3-5 minutes
If needed add mix or water to form thick batter
Pour ½ dl of batter for each pancake.
3-4 pancakes in a regular size frying pan
Turn over when almost dry and starting to bubble on top
Serve with butter and Canadian Maple Syrup
