Ingredients |
150 g Butter at room temperature |
135 g Granulated sugar |
115 g Brown sugar |
1 Whole egg + 1 yolk |
½ tsp Vanilla |
1.5 tsp Baking powder |
1.5 ml salt |
1 tsp Cinnamon |
175 g Flour mix |
375 ml Rolled oats |
125 ml Raisins |
Instructions |
Mix sugars and butter until soft |
Mix in eggs |
Mix dry ingredients except raisins and oats |
Mix dry mix into butter |
Mix in raisins and oats |
Cool in fridge for at least 2 hours |
Preheat oven to 175 degrees C |
Put golfball size lumps on baking sheet at least 5 cm apart |
Bake in mid oven for 8-10 minutes |
Longer time makes crunchier cookies |
Shorter time makes chewier cookies |
Cool a few minutes on baking sheet then on a rack |
