Ingredients |
50 g Yeast |
9 dl water @ 37 degrees C |
2 tbsp psyllium fiber |
4 tbsp oil |
1 dl syrup |
½ tbsp salt |
800 g coarse flour mix |
Instructions |
Dissolve yeast in water |
Add psyllium fiber while mixing for 2 min |
Add oil, salt and syrup and then flour mix |
Mix vigorously for 5 min |
Divide dough evenly in two 1.5 l bread forms |
Let rise for 35 min under cover |
Preheat oven to 200 degrees C |
Bake close to bottom for 35-40 min |
Cool in form for 5 min then on a rack |
