Coarse bread

 
This recepie makes two loaves of bread.
 
Coarse bread
Ingredients
50 g Yeast
9 dl water @ 37 degrees C
2 tbsp psyllium fiber
4 tbsp oil
1 dl syrup
½ tbsp salt
800 g coarse flour mix
 
Instructions
Dissolve yeast in water
Add psyllium fiber while mixing for 2 min
Add oil, salt and syrup and then flour mix
Mix vigorously for 5 min
Divide dough evenly in two 1.5 l bread forms
Let rise for 35 min under cover
Preheat oven to 200 degrees C
Bake close to bottom for 35-40 min
Cool in form for 5 min then on a rack
