300 g Butter

300 ml Rolled oats

200 ml Granulated sugar

200 ml Fine flour mix

Pancakes

Melt butter on medium heat

Mix oats and sugar

Mix in enough flour to absorb all melted butter

Spread out over fresh fruits, berries or rhubarb bits

Bake at 200 degrees C for about 30 minutes or until slightly brown

When making pie from berries add some corn starch to berries to avoid a runny pie

Serve with vanilla ice cream or custard sauce
