Breakfast pancakes

2 dl Buckwheat flour

4 dl Corn flour

2 tbsp Baking powder

1 tbsp salt

8 dl fine flour mix

Pancakes

Mix buckwheat, corn, salt and baking powder well

Mix in fine flour

Take 6 dl of the pancake mix and add 2 eggs and 3.5 dl water

Mix well and led sit for 3-5 minutes

Add mix or water to make a thick batter

Pour dl of batter for each pancake. Normally 3 pancakes in a regular size pan

Turn over when almost dry and starting to bubble on top.

Makes 12-14 pancakes that you serve with Canadian Maple Syrup
