Mix sugar and butter until soft
Mix in eggs
Mix dry ingredients except raisins and oats
Mix dry mix into butter and then add raisins and oats
Cool in fridge for at least 2 hours
Put golfball size lumps on baking sheet at least 5 cm apart
Bake at 175 degrees C mid oven for 8-10 min
Cool a few minutes on baking sheet then on a rack
