Coarse bread

50 g Yeast

9 dl water @ 37 degrees C

2 tbsp fiber

4 tbsp oil

1 dl syrup

tbsp salt

800 g coarse flour mix

Formbrod

Dissolve yeast in water

Add fiber while mixing for 2 min

Add oil, salt and syrup and then flour mix

Mix vigorously for 5 min

Divide dough evenly in two bread forms 1,5 l

Let rise for 35 min under cover

Bake at 200 degrees C close to bottom for 35-40 min

Cool in form for 5 min then on a rack
