Phad Grapow

This recepie makes 2-3 servings.
Ingredients
250-300 gPork or chicken
10-12Small Thai chillies (3 cm size)
4-5Garlic cloves
2-300 mlFresh leaves of Thai basil (Grapow)
2 tbspOyster sauce
1-2 tspStock seasoning
1 tbspSugar
2-3 tbspCooking oil
 
Instructions
Slice pork or chicken thinly and cut in small bits (or use Moo Sap in Thailand)
Peel garlic cloves
remove stems from chillies
Mash garlic and chillies together or chop finely
Heat oil in pan and put in mashed spice
Stir until starting to change colour
Add meat and fry while stirring until it looks done
Add Oyster sauce, Stock seasoning and sugar and mix well
Add basil and mix well and cook until all leaves are slightly cooked
Serve with Jasmin rice and cucumbers
