Pad Med Mamuang Gai

This recepie makes 2-3 servings.
Pad Med Mamuang
Ingredients
250 gChicken breast
4 - 5Dried thai chilies chopped into cm pieces
1 - 2Large red chilies in thin strips
200 mlRaw cashews
2Medium onions quartered
150 gCabbage coarse chopped
4 -5Garlic cloves
1 tspOyster sauce
1 tspSoy sauce
1 tspBlack thai soy sauce
4 - 5Green onions in 3 cm bits
Cooking oil
 
Instructions
Cut the chicken into 3-4 cm strips and slice thinly into bite sizes
Mash or finely chop the garlic
Heat 2-3 tbsp oil in the pan and add the garlic and stir
Add the chicken and fry until colour has changed
Add the cabbage and onions and stir
Add chillies and sauces and stir
Cook for about 5 minutes
Add the cashews and green onions and stir for about one minute
Serve with Thai Jasmin rice
