Ingredients | |
| 250 g | Chicken breast |
| 4 - 5 | Dried thai chilies chopped into cm pieces |
| 1 - 2 | Large red chilies in thin strips |
| 200 ml | Raw cashews |
| 2 | Medium onions quartered |
| 150 g | Cabbage coarse chopped |
| 4 -5 | Garlic cloves |
| 1 tsp | Oyster sauce |
| 1 tsp | Soy sauce |
| 1 tsp | Black thai soy sauce |
| 4 - 5 | Green onions in 3 cm bits |
| Cooking oil |
Instructions |
| Cut the chicken into 3-4 cm strips and slice thinly into bite sizes |
| Mash or finely chop the garlic |
| Heat 2-3 tbsp oil in the pan and add the garlic and stir |
| Add the chicken and fry until colour has changed |
| Add the cabbage and onions and stir |
| Add chillies and sauces and stir |
| Cook for about 5 minutes |
| Add the cashews and green onions and stir for about one minute |
| Serve with Thai Jasmin rice |
